  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service.

These are the Terms of Service governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms.

Service Disclaimer & Data Sources

  • Affiliation: SG Bus is an independent personal project and is not affiliated with SimplyGo, the Land Transport Authority (LTA), Land Transport Guru, or any public transport operators in Singapore.
  • Data Sources: Real-time bus and MRT data are provided by LTA DataMall. Supplementary transit information is sourced from Land Transport Guru.
  • Content Removal: If you are a content owner from a sourced platform and wish to have specific data removed, please contact us at hello@sgbus.app.
  • “AS IS” Basis: The Service is provided to You “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy or reliability of the data provided.

Our Service contains links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company. We assume no responsibility for the content or privacy policies of any third-party services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service.
